It is focused on creating deep and lasting changes in a person’s identity, values, beliefs, mindset, and behaviors.
Many types of coaching are focused on setting goals and creating plans on how to achieve those goals. While transformational coaching does address those issues, it focuses on being, not just doing. It shifts limiting beliefs, improves a person’s self-identity, and creates a successful mindset that empowers a person to create what they want in their life. Transformational coaching enables lasting change.
The techniques often used in transformational coaching are, hypnosis, NLP, Tapping, journaling, uncovering limiting beliefs, and clarifying values.
