Spiritual Practices help us to connect with a higher power, whatever that is for us. This Power, whether you call it God, Universe, Spirit, All-Knowing Intelligence, or something else…. guides, directs us, and helps us when we ask for help.
These practices help us to work with Universal Laws to create a life that we want and just have our lives flow more smoothly.
These practices include meditation, journaling, gratitude, mindfulness, affirmations, spending time in nature, inspirational reading as well as other things.
Meditation is beneficial for so many reasons. It helps to center us, to let go of outside thoughts and to connect with All-Knowing Intelligence. Meditation allows us to be more conscious of our thoughts and patterns and to think more clearly. It also helps us to stay calm in daily situations.
Journaling is a practice of writing down our thoughts, feelings, insights, and desires…… to bring unconscious patterns into conscious awareness. It’s both reflective and creative (manifesting outward).
Gratitude, and keeping a gratitude journal, helps us to focus on what is right in our lives. It helps us to feel good. Gratitude keeps us focused on the positive which attracts more good to our experience.
Mindfulness is a practice of being conscious of what we are doing, thinking, and saying.
Affirmations are a way to reprogram the subconscious mind. They align our inner frequency with what you want to create in our life.
Spending time in nature is a form of meditation. It helps us to let go of stress and negativity.
Inspirational reading is another way to let go of negativity and the “noise” in society. It helps us to be more positive and be inspired.
