Meditation is one of the most effective tools for personal transformation. It has many benefits for mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. It calms the mind and helps us to become aware of our intuition. Often, we can have a problem, or question, when we go into our meditation and the answer comes to our awareness. Maybe not immediately, but when we are doing something else mundane (which also can put us into a meditative state.)
