The Buddha Said, “We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts we make the world.”
Thoughts are energy vibrations that attract similar energies that help to create our outer experiences. Whatever we focus ow becomes what we notice, prioritize, and act upon.
Ernest Holmes said, “Change your thinking, change your life.” This is because repeated thoughts can make certain behaviors, habits, and experiences more likely. If you want to change your life, then changing your thinking is crucial.
Thinking causes behaviors and habits that create what is happening in your life experience. If you are thinking that you can’t do something, then you won’t even try to do it. Maybe it’s getting a new job, making new friends, or anything else. You probably won’t even make the effort to make it happen or even allow it to happen.
Change is always possible; it just takes a mindset that things can and will change.
First, you have to become aware of your thoughts. Thoughts create beliefs. So when you can become aware of a negative belief, you can change the thought that has created that belief and change it. Change happens with affirmations, visualization, tapping, journaling, gratitude and others methods of creating a positive mindset.
